Objectives:

Getting acquainted with the basic requirements towards the organization of the service process, learning the different psychological characteristics of people, developing the individual approach to a client, studying the basic techniques for effective interpersonal communications (with clients and in a team).

Contents:

- ethics and culture of service;
- appearance;
- speech;
- interior;
- marketing of inter-relations;
- organization of the service process and work with "tough" clients;
- interpersonal skills.

Duration:

10 hours.

Participation fee per person:

3 000 tenge.

Number of participants in one group:

7-14 people.
